How important are socks to a runner? Socks help protect the foot from seams found in shoes, add cushioning, help wick water away from the foot, and in many cases help prevent blisters! Yes, socks are very important!

What about insoles? Shoes come with a factory produced insole. These are great for most people. However, if you need more support or cushioning.... have we got insoles for you! Our trained staff can help you find the correct insole for your running / walking needs.
