Along with Team Runners High, Runners High offers a number of different fun runs all year long. What a great way to meet other runners, exchange info, and get in some miles! All ages welcome.
Tuesdays. Team Runners High workouts at Millikan High 6:30 PM
Thursday. Fun run out of the Belmont Shore shop. 6:30PM
Sunday. El Dorado Park (Spring and Studebaker) 8AM
NEW!!! Trail Running near the Beach! 7AM Warner and PCH. Meet in the wetlands across the street from Jack in the box. All abilities welcome. Starts Feb. 28, 2010

March 4. Pearl Izumi Night! 6PM.. Pearl Izumi rep will be on hand to show you the newest Pearl Izumi Running shoes, have some try on shoes, and will be giving away two pair after the fun run!
Thursday Night Fun Runs:
Meet at our Belmont Shore shop and be ready to go at 6:30PM. Free and fun. We have 10 - 50 people show up. All abilities welcome. Run as far as you want or as short as you want. You can turn around anytime during the run. Courses in and around Belmont Shore do have traffic and you must obey the traffic laws.

Coach Nina is leading our crew on Sunday Mornings. You will know her by her ever present smile and enthusiasm.
Meet behind the library near the corner of Spring and Studebaker at 8AM. Non competitive as you want it to be as this is the "original" fun run!
Courses are on bike trails in and through the parks. Plenty of free parking at the library.
We have 5 - 50 people show up to walk, jog, or run. Come join us. FREE!
Each week we do a 1/2 mile and 1 mile easy warm up.
